• Staff feedback (ratings and comments)

2.2 System-Generated Data

• Auto-generated token numbers (e.g., TKN-YYYY-XXXX)
• Timestamp of submissions
• Submission status updates

2.3 Device & Usage Data

• Device type (tablet/kiosk mode)
• App performance logs
• Connectivity status (online/offline)

3. How We Use Information

• Managing admission office queries
• Improving staff performance and service quality
• Tracking reported issues and resolutions
• Generating internal reports and analytics
• Ensuring operational efficiency of the admission office

4. Data Storage

All data is securely stored in Google Firebase (Firestore Database). Offline data is temporarily stored using Hive local storage and synchronized automatically when internet connectivity is restored.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.

Data is only accessible to authorized university administration staff and system administrators of GAU Admission Office.
